Description: Our selection of artichokes are attractive, compact, with very well-shaped leaves and are bright green in colour which perfectly describes why this vegetable is known as the flower of the orchard. Having varieties such as the Green Queen, an artichoke with an excellent full-flavoured fruit and Blanca de Tudela, well-known for its excellence and tenderness.

Characteristics: The artichoke is a vegetable which functions as an ideal natural resource to prevent cholesterol or hypertension. It contains vitamins A and C, and minerals such as phosphorus, iron, magnesium, calcium and potassium. It is used in weight loss diets.

Varieties: Green Queen and Blanca de Tudela.
